Best resort, in terms of reputation and operating revenue. All colleagues are talent from countries around the world. It's a chance to work in a multi-nation environment

Cons

Traditional hierarchy applied on work place. Very high supervision towards every task given as they are very particular of each approach and method used

The Company always focused on the staff. They were fully aware that without a great team, there was no Company so they made extra effort to see to the needs of it's employees.

Cons

It was very hard work but when you work under an umbrella of excellence, it is what it is. Expectations are high.
