Best compensation in the whole country for the job. Trusted to make decisions. Work in relative autonomy. A feel good company.

Cons

lots of terminations. The dealers share their tips with the team leader and they are not too happy about that. You're only as good as your last mistake. High profile customers can be very abusive and demanding. Their requests border on bizare and put you in no win situations.
