Pros

Decent hourly pay + overtime pay , free 1hr lunch at employee dining room, meet lots of celebs and rich people, always inside a party

Cons

Co workers are miserable 30 y/o women with nothing better to do than gossip and not do their job and leave it for the newbies, managers prioritize old workers even if they are doing wrong, favoritism is big here… you’ll get written up over something another worker does on a daily basis.

Pros

Rate of pay and benefits were good

Cons

Terrible management in the IT department. No work life balance, horrible hours, understaffed and overworked. Layoffs make the company look bad so they will not lay you off. They will, however, manufacture a reason to fire you. When the economy collapsed in 2008 and all of the Vegas resorts were laying people off, Wynn Resorts did not lay off a single employee. They did, however, have record numbers of people fired for cause.
