A few great managers that understand how to work with people. In addition, pretty great people to work with (for the majority.)

Cons

Micromanagement. Expectations far too high for the amount of compensation. Unpleasant and Unprofessional work environment at times from both management and co-workers. To elaborate, verbal abuse from some co workers. Managers typically making the work environment unpleasant but constantly critiquing and watching over your every move. As mentioned previously, the compensation is below average at best. With that being said, the 5 star expectations this company requires does not match the compensation given to employees. Not even close.
