Huge Disconnect between HR/Employees/Accounting

Pros

So many passionate and professional engineers and managers. Everyone is hard working and committed to the project.

Cons

The clash between the project and Human resources is concerning The HR team is unprofessional and is rarely helpful. There is a double standard between the engineering team and the business offices with engineers being required to report in person and the HR team remaining absent and elusive. The accounting and procurement team are unstructured and have no accountability.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

All you can drink coffee for pointless meetings! Beautiful floors! Nice windows! Nice cubicles that are rarely used!

Cons

Where do I begin... besides the layoff, the leadership of this company is horrendous. CEO speaks at a 5th grade level (that's being nice), HR needs significant training on how to deal with people and not share confidential information, unnecessary spending on items outside of critical path like purchasing a second location to only to lay people off... makes perfect sense.. ( oh person responsible was promoted after the layoff btw).
