      The company appears to care about whether or not you are gainfully employed. They really have some compassion about not leaving anyone behind.

      Cons

      Career growth trajectory may be of a much later concern when compared to "where do we need people now, right now." Understandable for a startup working to get their first reactor off the ground.

      Transparent upper management Amazing employees with diverse backgrounds and skillsets Developing reactor designs and fuel for the future of the nuclear industry Work/life balance Extremely fast paced Compensation & Benefits Flexible hours and time balancing Feeling of providing a better future for the generations that follow.

      Cons

      Young company with growing pains -IT seems to struggle to keep up at times -We are creating processes from scratch most of the time Feeling stressed or overwhelmed from time to time depending on the next deadline. Very fast paced, but you have to keep up.
