The HR department was good but not director level and above. There were policies and procedures in place however the HR VP and other C-Suite members would fly by the seat of their pants. They will sale you a dream to get you in and let you go as soon as you're in there. Some departments will have leeway and others would fall to the waist side. More hours in office with no addition compensation or added benefits. There are several processes that are completed two or three times in different areas which are unnecessary there needs to be better streamlining.

Leadership is a bunch of rich guys who like to talk about how rich they are during company meetings. IT leadership is very combative and is not a team culture. Very unprofessional. Pay is not worth it to work here and be laid off right before holidays. Layoff call was abrupt, force ended call and access was revoked. Even laid off people who picked up their life and moved across country. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
