Cons
Still a small team compared to similar design engineering outfits at this stage of design implementation, so individual employees have to wear many hats and hold down functional responsibilities that often aren't characterized on their job description. Going through growing pains in terms of new processes and procedures. Some tools have better alternatives, but workers have little additional bandwidth to implement them. Benefits & leave can be significantly better, but this too is adapting to organizational change.
