Great food. Plenty of awesome people to collaborate with and learn from. Real sense of care of employees, and a great development environment.

Cons

Difficult for management to shift people from roles they are not doing great at.

*Good benefits/perks, no doubt about it *Lots of offices including international

Cons

*Free food and alcohol gets old after a while- I would rather get a salary increase than a few drinks every week. *Promotions seem unattainable for people in entry-level positions. *A lot of layoffs with no real reasoning behind it.

It's the ideal balance of fun and very cool work. You got all the resources to be awesome. Food, tech giants, drinks, unbelievable perks! Usually my manager asks my what do I need in the world to be more awesome at work. They really value people here and invest heavily in you! Colleagues are extremely smart people that you would grab a beer with them. Very nice environment.

Cons

Since we are growing, the internal communication ls can b a little mess.
