there are so many... employees still around from pre-Danaher acquisition are insecure and will hold all information close to their chest so they can remain relevant. It's like looking at a herd of deers staring at a semi-truck headlight coming straight in their direction.... it's a very stressful environment

Current supply chain issues have led to be getting bounced around a bit because the line I am supposed to be on doesn't have parts. When large orders come in there is an expectation to work overtime and/or weekends to fulfill them on time.
