      Difficult to get things done

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. I have a good manager who appreciates the work I do.

      Cons

      Difficult to get things done because of extensive approval processes. Job security and the fear of being let go every day that you go to work. Yearly merit increases held way past the expected date. Zero communication about incentives and what needs to be done to get these incentives. Guess I will wait until December to find out.
