Pros
XPO Logistics has good pay but that's about it.
Cons
They don't have their work straight. I worked as a temp several times and the last time, they hired too many temps, It was too hard to move around and do my job. Hired too many temps and had six shifts that the shift that I worked (last shift) lost work. I believe that they hired almost 200+ temps.
