      • Great work/life balance • Flexible hours for appointments and those with kids • Great people and collaboration • Opportunity to grow if you apply yourself and are confident in your skills • Self empowered people get noticed

      • Enterprise environment often has decision making take a little long • Can be dry/bland environment at times • Work process for IT individuals can be less organized at times, but not often

      Pros

      The contract I work on was previously managed by DHL with XPO taking over 5 weeks ago. Months before the take over XPO kept everyone well informed and there was a real buzz on site to be part of the XPO team. The date of take over did not disappoint and now 5 weeks in the site is seeing real positive steps forward and the buzz remains. XPO are showing opportunities to develop the site and the people leading the site. I can see the XPO values being honoured throughout all levels of management and a desire to form the "one team" approach with both colleagues and customers.

      Cons

      It's fair to say at this time there has been no negative comments from the team.
