      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential! The company is rapidly growing and there is plenty of room for professional growth within the company in a short period of time. Fun, casual and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      This is a money motivated and performance based position. It is not for everyone, but the earning potential is unlimited. It all depends on the effort you are willing to put forth as an individual and as part of our team.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, casual dress code, if you need to make a personal phone call or text you can do so at your desk if need be. Management leaves you alone as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Lack of communication-both from management and company. Raises are not based on performance, whatsoever. Management provides no leadership. It'd be easier to pull my own teeth than it is to ask my supervisors any questions. They need to be taught professional communication skills. System integration procedures are horrifying as no training is provided. List goes on and on.
