Pros

Emphasis on customer satisfaction and service quality

Cons

Currently focused on cost and sales to manage acquisition costs. Don't value people acquired through acquisition. Culture is divided due to acquisitions. Financial analysts don't paint a pretty picture.

Company is very disorganized and dysfunctional. There is NO diversity in upper management position.

Promotes work place violence. A supervisor put there hands on me and was in my face trying to intimidate me. He was reported the cameras were watched he was seen doing it. I filled multiple complaints. Nothing was done except me getting fired. They do not adhere to there own policy . I also feel like I was being singled out because I was willing to do the right thing when no one else was. It should not matter if you are close friends with the big boss over everyone. Wrong is wrong. I would not recommended working here. Counsel has been retained .
