Pros
You have control over your own book of business. If you have the drive you will do very well here. Realistic goals for your first year. Fair base pay, and okay commission structure.
Cons
Takes them forever to settle transactions leaving you waiting on your commission check. The goals you need to hit each month to earn more commission is constantly changing. Often they will give you little bumps to your base salary but alter you commission so much you'll make less for at least the next few months.
