Pros
Great salary and work schedule. Good benefits. Professional staff support system. Security in the building and parking lot. Safe work environment.
Cons
Poor seasonal preparation for staffing needs. Unreal time demands for hourly and management. seven days a week for 12 hour shifts beginning in October through the 20 th of December. That includes thanksgiving. These excessive hours creates a very hostile and lower production environment overall. Utter chaos among upper management. On the supervisor level,You don't know day to day who your boss is going to be or to whom you,'ll be reporting. Process changes on the fly. Intimidation seems to be the preferred method of management.
