Not worth the stress

Pros

Hard to find any at this point. Any good there was is gone now with the recent management change. Don't get stuck here....

Cons

Bad salary, no pay raises, and questionable management decisions with little regard to work - life balance. Since the end result of their decisions don't directly affect their lives, why worry about it, right? Completely unprofessional environment with all team members dropping "f bombs" while others Co workers are speaking to customers on the phone.

Pros

Management team listens and actively seeks feedback to have a good work environment. HR sponsors a lot of activities to keep employees engaged and excited. Constantly working towards improvement and excellence so expectations are high.

Cons

Competing priorities makes it difficult to focus on one area for improvement so things take longer to get done.
