Pros

The project to move to XPO after they had won the tender for this depot was really well managed. The XPO team were quick to get in and meet the team to keep us all informed of what was happening and the time frames involved. Everyone that I have met so far has been very friendly and welcoming in a very professional manner. The company looks very strong in the market place with all the colleagues having nothing but positive things to say about working for XPO. I already feel like one of the team and that my thoughts and actions are valued. So far this has been a great move for me and the depot.
