      Growing company. the Largest Logistics company in the world. Excellent internal promotion prospects if you have got the drive and ambition. Opportunities to work in different countries worldwide.

      Pros

      Coming from a recruitment agency background, it was always a difficult decision to move in-house. XPO have made my transition easy, by offering flexible support and ensuring that all of my concerns are dealt with straight away. From a recruitment perspective, it's easy to see why we're such a popular business to be a part off. We offer extremely competitive salaries and a genuine progressive opportunity. My personal journey has been a great one so far and I'm fortunate to be part of a growing in-house recruitment team which works well together. Nothing has been too big of an ask and I'm looking forward to my continued development!
