      Pros

      Hard charging...work hard play hard .good pay,pleasant environment,good people and the health benefits are decent but copays are a little high in comparison to other companies

      Cons

      Training was not as in-depth as it could have been I feel they waited too long to fill the position and just wanted spmeone to fill the seat

      Pros

      If you need well rounded experience dealing with customers, contractors and office employees you will get that. You will learn to use multiple mapping and data software to do your job. You get back what you commit. If you do not use the opportunity as a platform then you are a 9-5 clock watcher with no ambition. Get what you need to get and move on. Never remain stagnate. Reach higher.

      Cons

      Trust! I feel I cannot trust management anymore. There is a real sense of sneaky changes going on and you only find out through word of mouth. They are swallowing up companies all over and creating a real unstable sense of security environment. I have been in this business many years and am to be considered the best at what I do but I no longer feel the love so I am moving on.
