Pros

There are no pros to working at this company.

Cons

Basically all managers are individuals that have not been successful in their careers. Management is not qualified to be in the positions they are in and do not understand accounting concepts which is disappointing when they are "leaders" in an organization. They lead their team with zero communication and do not even hold a CPA. VERY unethical company and very concerning that management does not have a tackle on the financial statements. You will work long hours with no career direction. DO NOT APPLY - Company is not honest and very unethical.

Pros

Management and staff are personable. I would like to add more, but I unfortunately can't think of anything else.

Cons

Take your pick. Low pay with an expected 16 hours a day of work if you are a manager. The bonus parameters are impossible to meet, therefore you can forget earning a bonus. The benefits are awful and the time off is even worse. Upper management shows no concern whatsoever for the well being of employees. One manager slept in his office one night because he was so buried and the response of upper management was "nice job". And don't even bother if you have a family. You will never see each other. As for culture, it is cult like. The people that have worked for the company for a long time have digested the Kool Aid and are like XPO zombies, only willing to talk business at any time.

Pros

The hours are good. Opportunity for overtime. Convenient to home.

Cons

Currently the manager and supervisory staff are inept. They set rules and never follow up on them to ensure that every employee is on the same page. They select and choose who they allow to have free reign at the location. Mostly their friends and family whom they have employed. There is no room for advancement. The don't perform yearly reviews which means no salary increases. For it to be a call center they are understaffed most of the time. They expect excellence from the employees but pay nothing.
