Pros

Good location. Good insurance/ dental plans if your manager lets you actually leave work to go see your dentist. I was laughed at for going! Great people!!! If you have no skills but look pretty - managers and team leads will give you everything you need.

Cons

No morals or ethics. If you love lying and stealing then this is the place for you. Even The person beside you will steal all of your accounts when you leave your desk.. If you go on vacation... Good luck. System gives everyone access to lane history.. Money makers you took months to build will be taken from you and offered more $, making you look like a piece of crap and the actual deceiver look good. I can definitely see upper management sending out a select few an email asking for good reviews on here to cover up the TRUTH! I overheard from a meeting where certain teams needed to be phased out.. People didn't believe me until a couple months later everyone was fired or transferred to do same job but not collect commission! Beautiful place to be right?!?!? 9.5-10 hour work days and unpaid Saturdays. Yep... Every other month you will work 50 hours during the week (no overtime) and work for free on Saturday! And training: where should I start?? You watch pointless videos, listen to people read PowerPoint slides that admit that they have no idea what they are talking about. If you are lucky you will have to tell embarrassing stories about yourself or stand up and sing so that leadership can publicly make fun of you later:-) I gave up a good job for this!! Do Not be fooled!! They will tell you 100k+ and great people... This is not true!!

Pros

It can't be any worse.

Cons

Can't figure out how it is still in existence. Company and client (Boeing) made for each other.
