      XPO logistics is a great company to work for. Having only been employeed for 2 weeks, I can say that the recruitment process was extremely satisfying, they were at hand to answer any questions and were very helpful during and after the process. HR team and my team are very friendly and supportive welcoming me to the Company and team. I would recommend friends, family and everyone to join the company. The communication on site is great with various updates and meetings to keep teams informed about the company business developments and internal changes.

      Cons

      With only being an employee for such a short period of time, I currently have no downsides to working for XPO Logistics.
