      Cons

      Hard work and flexibility towards relocation is required to progress quickly. While this is not a problem for me I can appreciate that it might be an issue for others.

      Busy environment, great for developing manager. Iceland Contract. Good money and benefits. Loads of overtime.

      No training given, expected to know everything inside out, poor senior management.

      Very flat structures at all levels of management enabling local autonomy where it makes sense, but also tremedously benefiting from scale, size, and diversity of a global player. Management and leadership right up to the highest level is fully in tune with the operations of our business as well as what's happening in the wider market. Very forwarding thinking and brave enabling fast decisions. Being a member of XPO Logistics instills a huge sense of pride in the knowledge of being a part of the best and fastest growing Logistics Provider there is! "We grow you grow, you grow we grow"!

      With such a large organisation communication to the breadth of our business can be difficult and a little dated at times.
