Pros

Great opportunities to grow, well supported L&D. Relaxed atmosphere, flat structure allows you to make quick decisions. If I was to sum XPO up, it's the feeling of being part of a team. You could walk past the MD and he knows your name. Our MD has come through the ranks. That should say it all....

Cons

Closed book operations can stifle talent and development. Talent grid has been flawed in the past. Hopefully cuts in L&D budget won't impact the growth of talent

operations in complete chaos decisions taken ad hoc no planning over spending on equipment rather than concentrating on improving processes staff are just a numbers not individuals

Pros

I have been in XPO for 10 weeks. I have found it to be an engaging and fulfilling organisation to work for and with. My immediate team are supportive and friendly.

Cons

Some of the other parts of the business do not talk to each other which can be frustrating.
