Pros

Got paid every two weeks.

Cons

•Upper management “SVPs” have no idea what anyone does •HR NEVER advises any of their employees on changes to the handbook •PTO - if you don’t use it, not only will you lose it... but they will then deduct what you have already accrued. “Legal robbery”??? •Trainers steal your ideas and pawn them off as their OWN. •You’ll never be told by upper management that you’ve done a good job, even when you have. Because they have no idea you even work there. •Give 100%, you’ll get laid off. Should include that in the “handbook” •Processes & procedures are nonexistent •Be asked to work but given no direction but be blamed when things aren’t flowing properly •Will lay off ALL GOOD WORKERS •Will keep and PROMOTE lazy individuals who cannot do their job properly •You will be slandered by people who did not even work with you, upon being laid off

Pros

The salary is decent for the position I was sold. Benefits are average with most companies. Co-workers are great.

Cons

70 hours work weeks while also being expected to work on days off. Low staffing to support business needs. Lack of care by upper management.

Pros

Temp pay is weekly. XPO is biweekly. They have benefits, 401k and possibly grow if you can manage to be a suck up then turn into favorite in the company but good luck.

Cons

-The dispatchers don't watch their work as much as they do other people who actually are working and gossip about anyone. -They swear like sailors in the office it is very unprofessional from the managers to employees. -They call each other names. -you could be working then look up hear shouting think you were transported to a Jerry Springer show. -High turnover. **I could not recommend this place to anyone cause dysfunction and drama rule through narcissistic bosses, vindictive co-workers, absence of order, and bullying by peers.**
