      XPO LTL has reached their peak, Maybe the drivers, dockworkers and mechanics should consider Teamster representation

      Pros

      The cost cutting is over and now XPO LTL has to figure out how they grow the business to satisfy Wall Streets expectations, there is opportunity but with unrealistic expectations and a leader that only knows how to cut and not grow a company, things look dim.

      Cons

      Sr. Leadership is non-existent and lead by a master at cost cutting but no skill or ability to motivate and encourage growth.

      Pros

      Having more benefits taken away every year. Delivering the best financial results in the industry and still not qualifying for a bonus due to missing a metric that cannot be controlled locally by 0.04%.

      Cons

      Directors that micromanage and interfere with the operation. Corporate has taken so much from the hourly employees we cannot hire them (word is in the street and they don't want to work here). Corp. doesn't care must deliver financial results. We have to force the hourly employees to work 60-70 hrs a week to get the job done. Like the old saying "the beatings will continue until morale improves"
