Pay was competitive. Some co-workers were fun to work with.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Corporate management hasn't a clue as to what they are doing. They come up with ridiculous programs that make them look good, but lack content. If you want to work for this company, better learn to drink the Kool-Aid.
