Pros

The hrs. for day shift are nice. 6:00AM-4:30PM. You work 4 10 hr. shifts per week. Benefits day 1. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Cons

Managers do not communicate well with each other or the employees. Their point system for attendance is actually Amazon's because that is this particular XPO location's sole customer that they ship for. There's a lot of mandatory overtime.

Pros

The co-workers are wonderful!

Cons

XPO has a vision with no plan. They hire people and add locations with no definite plan on the employees duties or location's future (example is the HR Shared Service Center in Atlanta). The job descriptions do not match the actually job performed. XPO makes employees jump thru hoops to get correct paychecks and benefits. XPO plans on expanding but they cannot manage what they currently have. You will be asked to work on company holidays, long hours including weekends. You will not be rewarded for going the extra mile. Most managers are there to simply collect a paycheck; there is no leadership. RUN... This real review by a former employee will be off-set by at least two five star ratings from our corporate leadership team. Be careful.
