Pros

Competitive salary. Decent benefits. Great HR structure. Bonus checks every first quarter. I can't think of 20 words to describe what's good.

Cons

XPO treats Con-way employees like red headed step children. They no longer make internal applicants top priority. They require non-compete agreements for 2 years. Benefits are gradually changing. It's turned from a family oriented company to a pyramid.

Ability to sell worldwide services. Most remaining employees from Con-way Freight LTL side are experienced and team players.

Cons

Since purchase of Con-way Freight by XPO Logistics the quality of service has declined due to cost cutting measures.
