      There's a great sense of camaraderie here. The working environment is focused and yet fun, you certainly feel at home here.

      Pros

      New building is amazing with a gym, basketball courts, volleyball courts and the covered parking is a super bonus. Orientation on day 1 was impressive the HR team is fantastic and they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and needed. Team is very helpful and collaborate very well.

      none.. This place is the Utah Google

      Pros

      They are great at work life balance and making sure your family is a priority. Good potential to move up within the company. Good benefits. Some great developers and managers

      Cons

      There is a lot of wasted time when working between departments and some unnecessary meetings. They work with many insurance companies and large corporations and have a hard time changing when needed and are ran like a lot of bigger enterprise companies.
