Business Outlook
Pros
The people that work at Xactware do a great job. Many act as a team to get the job done. Great place to work if you're from the area, they hire a lot of locals and draw from surrounding schools. Great sales group, very energetic.
Cons
Not sure where they got most of their upper management. Most are not engaged and are not involved in decision making or direction; seems like they just draw a paycheck. Its a good thing they have employees who work.
