Pros

During the summer you get to play sports during work on Fridays. Summer and Christmas company parties. Great atmosphere, low key, and not overly stressful. On site gym, volleyball court, and basketball courts.

Cons

Xactware can be very bureaucratic at times. People work their for life so there are times where Xactware seems stuck in its ways.

- Good culture - Incredible establishment in the market (read: very secure) - Good compensation with strong bonus and benefits package - Attitude of, "Let's take care of our people" manifested in many,many ways - eg: Health and wellness classes, onsite gym, free food, free UTA passes, nice work spaces, etc.

Cons

- Not all divisions allow working from home -- allowing some work from home is getting to be an industry standard.
