- Highly intelligent and motivated employees who work as a team. - The capabilities of a large company with the personality of a small company - A place where everyone can make a difference - Xcelerate lives its mantra of "Always do the right thing"...highly ethical company - Continuous investment in growth of the company - Good ideas are always welcomed and appreciated - Total compensation and benefits are excellent for a company this size - Great corporate culture

Cons

Not much to complain about here...it really is a great place to work. Management listens and responds to ideas to make things better and they truly care.

We work hard, through the smartest and best teams I've ever been a part of, to engineer meaningful solutions for our clients. I am challenged every day through tasks that grow my skills. Most importantly, I am empowered to always do the right thing, and focus on getting better every day.
