      Pros

      The management I have experienced is great and willing to listen to employees' ideas and thoughts. My manager is very supportive. Coworkers are nice, helpful and easygoing. No office politics PTO, insurance and stock options and all other compensations are pretty competitive. Overall working here is very rewarding.
