Pros

Very autonomous position with a lot of flexibility and ownership of the territory. Great marketing materials and business development tools for customers.

Cons

Pay/comp plan could be better. Management should be more concerned with emplyee morale. Continue to focus on client centered selling instead of moving toward commodity based sales.

Amazing top notch training. Very good benefits packages. They want employees to do well and they support the sales team.

Cons

So many internal departments to navigate and they rarely coexist smoothly. Causes delays in service and resources and makes job tougher.
