Pros

Great benefits with an allowance to offset premiums. Company car, expenses are better than most companies.

Cons

Even thought you may be hired at an average salary of $50k, you will be required to go on a "split" and eventually you only receive 60% of your salary as a sales rep and you get 100% of your salary when you are at around 100% of plan, then additional bonuses are very good. Don't go in thinking you will stay at 100% of starting salary for long or you will find the drop can cause financial difficulty unless you are able to overachieve your plan all the time.

Pros

Xerox UK is a good place to work. The customer value proposition is strong with a broad range of innovative products. The environment is extremely results oriented and be prepared to work very hard to achieve these high expectations.

Cons

The culture is extremely beurocratic so don't expect things to be done quickly. The employees are so buried in their own work they are reluctant to assist you in most situations, and don't expect anyone to answer their phones either. Some of the employees have been their since year dot and innovation and creativity is hardly encouraged.
