      Pros

      Team driven company. Consensus is important. Family oriented. In general good work is rewarded. Good pay. Can have a good career as individual contributor. Very good legacy.

      Cons

      Management is not decisive. Management reluctant to take risks. "Old" way of thinking. Very old facilities. Managed bottom-up. Management is disconnected from the details. Too many middle level managers. Non-technical people are promoted to management more often (at least based on my impression). Very political.

      Incredibly diverse technologies and disciplines, from cleantech & bio to web2.0 & displays. Very friendly and considerate community. Great location and facilities. Considerate and suportive management. Great range of projects and opprtunities to make a difference.

      Pros

      Have place to work and make a living better than being unemployee.

      Cons

      Career advancement is business comes first and not by fairness & respect.The did not have open door policy like they always saying. The only open door policy that they have is the door is open for you to go look job at other place and not to complain to the management. If you do have concern to them, they will just cut your concern by telling you that they know it but they just could not do anything about it and then after that they will put pressure on you.
