Exciting to work at a growing company.

Pros

Sales people have independence, great leads and products that I believe in. Opportunity to advance. If you are results oriented the compensation will reward you accordingly. I have had a couple of other sales jobs and this comp plan is the best I have had.

Cons

Overnight travel required. A lot of time wasted waiting for doctors, I guess as in any job dealing with doctors.

Pros

Some good reasons to work at xodus medical are no weekends and no major holidays. The benefits are pretty decent. Weekly lunches while on overtime are nice too. Holiday parties are fun as well.

Cons

The downsides to working at xodus medical are long hours (when I left the assemblers were doing 9 hour days), everyone acts like children and talks behind each others backs, management doesn't listen to you when you ask for a break, MAJOR favoritism, hardly any training and then you get yelled at because you messed up because you were trained wrong, no communication between quality and management, people like to undermine one another, back breaking work for not enough money, management will put you with the people you have a problem with or to do the job you asked to have a break from, but yeah lets try to cover all of these problems up with weekly lunch while they're on mandatory overtime.
