Pros

Xola is an amazing place to work! I feel very supported to do my job every day. The team from every level is willing to listen and help. There is never a day where I do not feel supported.

Cons

During times, there can be a ton of work put on one person. Can feel like you are drowning, but if you speak up and say something, the team will support you and find ways to pull you up out of the water.

- Xola is an incredibly well oiled machine that is built for greatness. They truly take the time to train you and set you up for success. On top of that, management encourages you to learn and take interest in roles you want to move in. - People-first company culture

Cons

- It might sound like a cliche, but I can't think about any cons I would like to point out.
