- The business model is unique and has a ton of running room for the future - Love the people I have worked with so far - Lots of opportunity to grow and develop

Cons

- The company has grown so quickly that there are some basics that need to be better defined in the infrastructure but it's all normal growth stuff - Need to more clearly define the levels and roles across the organization
