Extremely unprofessional environment, it's factory work so the standard is a little loose but a manager routinely discussed their personal, intimate activities. You will not actually learn how to fix any of the printers. They are all on lease and must be repaired by the leasing companies technicians. This leaves no room for modification or automation. This is not the safest work environment. There is an exceptional amount of dust in the air that does routine ESD damage to the machines, parts come out at extremely high temperatures and some must be post-processed before they cool. There is nearly no chance for career advancement.

Please take what I’m about to say to heart as a present employee: Churn and burn is the name of the game. No encouragement from management. You’re thrown into the deep end and expected to thrive right out the gate. NOBODY HITS QUOTA NOBODY WORKS HERE LONGER THAN 2 YEARS IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY, DON’T WORK HERE IF WORK IS THE ONLY THING YOU CARE ABOUT IN LIFE, THEN MAYBE THINK ABOUT IT
