Business hours are 9-6 with 30 min. lunch break. Advertised as unlimited FTO but only 3 weeks will be approved & less if you start after the beginning of the year (this information won't be shared during the interview process even when you ask). They changed it to unlimited PTO because typically employees will take less time and it saves the business money.

Please take what I’m about to say to heart as a present employee: Churn and burn is the name of the game. No encouragement from management. You’re thrown into the deep end and expected to thrive right out the gate. NOBODY HITS QUOTA NOBODY WORKS HERE LONGER THAN 2 YEARS IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY, DON’T WORK HERE IF WORK IS THE ONLY THING YOU CARE ABOUT IN LIFE, THEN MAYBE THINK ABOUT IT
