      Pros

      + Good pay and benefits, flexible time off + Many people were fully remote across the U.S., but that could change as they seem to be hiring people closer to their East Coast offices. + Experienced no micromanagement + Team members who I interacted with day-to-day were talented and professional

      Cons

      - I had several managers in the span of less than a year!!! Questionable senior leaders, some rude and shady. - Cold lay off meetings with small severance packages. There are layoffs every few months. - Their stock really tanked in March of 2023 and hasn't really recovered. -Entire departments have been audited. This company is in trouble.

      Pros

      This is a place where your voice is heard and your voice matters. We care about our customers and partners and make strides daily to improve the customer and partner experience. Also, they feed us a lot!

      Cons

      Long work hours but it is worth it especially when we are making a difference.
