Pros

Make decent money and marketing helps to generate opportunities. Management is helpful and the people are great! New positions are created all the time.

Cons

Company is growing so fast that quality of support suffers.

Pros

This was a great start to my career. Management was nothing but supportive all throughout my time there. They even acted as references when I decided to change careers! Right from start, employees are given a significant amount of autonomy to make decisions and try new things. Management loves creativity and you will never get in trouble for innovating. It is an exciting place to work and I highly recommend!

Cons

Its intense. The company was growing like crazy and with that so did my responsibilities.

Pros

There are daily opportunities to gain experience working with clients across different industries. The management team is also willing to give out a significant amount of responsibility while providing guidance when working through difficult problems.

Cons

Expectations are very high for challenging work. The headcount has also increased drastically in a short period of time so the company is still getting its footing culturally.
