Pros

Fun company, learned alot. Really liked my role in sales, my peers, and my manager. Xometry has so much to offer.

Cons

I wish I got to do more actual selling. There needs to be someone else to hand off orders to once placed so I could continue to focus on selling which is what I loved most.

Pros

Xometry is more of a medium-size company overall but definitely still has that startup spirit. I really like that aspect, however, I know that's not for everyone. Great product, wonderful and smart colleagues, good benefits including FTO, and I really like that we are innovative at our core.

Cons

Some long hours but this is what you have to do at most companies.
