      Very collaborative culture, great energy and engagement of employees in the office. Flexible hybrid culture. Great benefits. There is room for professional growth.

      Cons

      It's a high velocity, fast-paced culture and it isn't for everyone. Still in high growth mode with some growing pains and working to build some additional structure across some teams. Company has a strong vision of where it needs to go. You'll need to be adaptable
