      Pros

      Pros: - Xometry’s solution sells itself and is continuing to grow and adapt with the market and new technologies (AI/ML) - CEO meets with new hires and takes the time to get to know everyone and is open minded in taking feedback to make the organization better - The direct and cross functional teams take an interest in helping new hires grow - Structured onboarding that’s easy to understand for a diverse group of people with different backgrounds and experience - Leadership is proactive and approachable which is rare is most public companies - Fully REMOTE!!! Gotta love that flexibility that allows more time invested in making a positive impact vs. time wasted on daily commutes

      Pros

      Teamwork is tip top. Friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Commission structure is fluid and often misunderstood. Expect to work 50 + hours to be successful in this role. Critical C-Level missteps have placed company in a downturn. ( Q4 -2022) resulting in multiple layoffs and threat of more to come within 2023-2024.

      Pros

      + Good pay and benefits, flexible time off + Many people were fully remote across the U.S., but that could change as they seem to be hiring people closer to their East Coast offices. + Experienced no micromanagement + Team members who I interacted with day-to-day were talented and professional

      Cons

      - I had several managers in the span of less than a year!!! Questionable senior leaders, some rude and shady. - Cold lay off meetings with small severance packages. There are layoffs every few months. - Their stock really tanked in March of 2023 and hasn't really recovered. -Entire departments have been audited. This company is in trouble.
