      Disappointing company and management team, think it over twice before you decide to work for them!

      Pros

      It is a good place to learn new skills and there is a good working environment with peers. Good benefits: commute, health and others. Good economic rewards if you refer a friend for a new position.

      Cons

      No recognition of achievements and a very weak performance review process. There is no opportunity to grow in the organization. Poor leadership, bad listeners and very hierarchical structure. A lot of criticism of what other teams do.

      Pros

      The management is genuine and highly skilled. Humility and doing right are principles actively fostered and practiced. The people are smart. Ingenuity and initiative is valued and supported.

      Cons

      Pay isn't as high as other places right now for equivalent positions.

      A very pyramid structure There is one or two competent executives, but the rest are a drag Culture is very bad, there are some old timers being rewarded for their loyalty. No skills whatsoever
